I would bet neither has very impressive food. I think the idea is to make food less of a priority, just eat what they gave you and try to forget about it. The problem for a lot of people is that those constrictions are ultimately too much to bear, and we fall off the wagon.

Fruits, but even more so vegetables, are a solid choice if you happen to have any you can eat regularly. Look for lean meats like turkey and chicken. Low-fat dairy is also a good source of protein. Avoiding carbs entirely will definitely help kick-start a new personal menu, just beware of the fact that on the days you exercise some strategic carbs well before your workout will help give you the energy to get through.

Carbs for most people are way, way too much a staple of the every day diet. Our bodies (to varying degrees of course) simply don't need the amount we take in but the body hangs on to it anyway - usually in places we would not choose were we provided the opportunity.

Pan searing foods in a little olive oil adds a nicer taste to even normally bland veggies, and I personally like to cook foods together whenever possible as I think it helps to create more melody between all of the existing flavors, which helps keep a person interested in the foods they are choosing to work with. And that's the most important part, it's about making the conscious choice to make a change. It doesn't matter if you don't know what to do yet. Listen to your body, it will tell you what's going on.

these programs are out to make money off you.....high priced-unnatural, processed, packaged food...

do this
Fruits and Veggies

I have lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........

Write down every thing you eat,
