    proper diet and exercize
    but u need to have plenty of rest b4 u exercize or u’ll tire urself

    all three. Studies from women’s health magazine show that getting too much or too little sleep contributes to obesity. Of course living Heath adds years onto your life and diet and exercise are a part of healthy living.
