What is a really good allergy/cold medicine found in a health food store?
Country asked:
My boyfriend has been suffering from serious nasal congestion and a dry cough for about a month. He has seen several doctors and nothing they have given him has helped. We’re hoping something from a health food store might work.

You don’t need a health food store. Buy local honey… Honey that is made from within 25 miles from your home… Use it every day in tea or coffee and the allergeies will subside within a couple weeks.

I’m not sure about here (Scotsman in USA) but HF shops in uk have great staff who will be able to tell you the best things.

lots of vitamin C, benadryl, and if he’s got stuff in his chest, a decongestant cough syrup.
