And is Whole Foods better or Trader Joe’s, in terms of healthy food.

    Not really, but kind of.

    Whole Foods is not really but kind of.

    They both have HF’s there, but a true health foods store usually carries mostly VITAMINS and HERBS along with a smaller grocery section with grains, salads, frozen and fresh foods, etc.

    go to walmart or sams club and go to the healthy section
