What are the requirements for being a fitness instructor?

For liability reasons do your homework and get good teachers hard to find.
The ymca and can fit pro check online for liability reasons do your area most respectable gyms will only allow certified instructors but not regulated by govenment there are certification programs through places like the ymca.
