    Okay here I go

    1.Fats are not all bad! there are two main groups of fats bad fats (trans and satuarated fats) and good fat (unsatuarated, polysatuarated, monosatuarated bad fats are in hydrogenated oils and animal fat. good fats are in legumes, nuts and olive oil. Good fats are essential for good health, maintaning and lossing weight

    2. 3 meals and 2-3 snacks a day is the healthiest thing as it keeps your motabolism going

    3. If your at a fast food place, fried chicken and chicken nuggets are WORSE than a burger (sadly I used to order chicken nuggets thinking it was healthier, I laugh now because they fry them and they have animal skin in them)

    4.Starving yourself equals not smart (been there down that)

    5. You need to keep your heart rate up and keep it up for at least 20 mins three times a week.
