What are some good tips for a healthy and fit living?

i run every day and try to do 15-30 mins on the tredmill every night. I drink lots of water and try to eat healthy. are there any other good tips you can think of for a healthy lifestyle???

    Everything in moderation…Don’t drink too much…don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, don’t have careless sex, don’t worry too much. Surround yourself with positive people and keep a good attitude. Have hope. Be a positive role model for others. Eat, drink, sleep and be merry !!
