First of all, let me say that I'm impressed that you want to exercise. Most teens need about 2200 calories and should never go on a diet until out of them but, there are some things you can do to improve your diet. It is important that you get your nutrition from the food pyramid. That will mean looking at eating from the six different food groups: proteins, whole grains, milk, fruit, veggies and the right kind of fats. Try this website to see where you should be:. As far as exercise goes the best way to get a 4 pack is to do a lot of crunches and leg lifts. And, for your legs jogging is probably the best thing. Try alternating your crunches with a straight on crunch and an alternating crunch where you lift your shoulder first towards one knee then the other. For the lower abs do knee ups ( where you lay flat on your back legs out, then bring them up high enough to raise your glutes off the floor. One more for the lower abs is bicycle kicks. I'm sure you've seen this one done. You just lay on your back and after raising your legs slightly pump your legs like you're riding a bike. That should make you all gorgeous and stuff=).

1) Keep it simple first
here's 2 articles on eating healthy -

2) Eat steam food, vegetables, fruits, lean meat

3) drink plenty of water and green tea

4) Avoid junk food, snacks and soda drinks

5) have 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only) to keep the tummy
satisfied

If you're not too sure on how to plan it, try this link

6) exercise - combine weights and interval training.

here's a review link to a worthwhile workout, turbulence training

29 exercises you can do at home to burn belly fat

For abs, read these blogs (great articles on abs) -

and for women after the age of 30

and learn why crunches is not the answer

For Thighs and Butts

7)Don't focus on cardio only (it' a waste of time!)

Hope it helps!
