    Hi Saphire!!

Yes and Yes!! There is a wonderful recipe book which was actually designed for people battling cancer through nutrition. (which is the number one best way to fight it)
The book is called Hungry for Health by Susan Silberstein Ph.D.
Has 157 recipes, most of which wouldn’t take you any longer than the time it takes to cut up some veggies and stir fry them. Everything is very close to nature, but extremely flavorful!!

Grill a chicken ****** in a skillet using a small amount of oil or cooking spray…spoon a tasty store bought spaghetti sauce from the jar (like chunky prego) onto the top of the chicken…two or three spoonfuls will do…then sprinkle the top with feta cheese…warm in the microwave to heat the cheese and sauce…enjoy!

Not so healthy perhaps, but that would depend on how and what you do with this idea. When I was single, and even after my girls became teens, I would once a month make 30-40 french bread pizzas. wrapped in wax paper they last a very long time, and though you’ll heve to dedicate a couple of hours to their creation, they provide for a very quick meal or snack when ever the urge strikes.
