You have probably seen a number of funny bumper stickers like this one “These aren’t love handles, they are a fuel tank for a sex machine. There are many ways to make light of your love handles. You can use humor to justify your overweight condition. Many people are mortified and embarrassed about their love handles. No one likes having their flabby belly hanging over the top of their pants. Most people dislike their love handles regardless of the cute names like “muffin top” they will try to hide it when possible. It’s a fact that there is a lot you can do about love handles you aren’t stuck with them. See below for some great tips and tricks for getting rid of your love handles.

Exercise is of course the best way to get rid of them. You can’t do just any exercise to accomplish your task. You must focus your energy on aerobic exercises. This type of exercise gets your blood pumping and increases your heart rate. This type of exercise requires more energy than most other types which then forces you to burn fat storage for energy helping you drop the weight.. It is a good idea to work out 30 minutes three times a week with aerobic exercise. Gradually increase that to 5 times per week for maximum fat burning.

Other forms of exercise can be supplemented by adding a weight training routine to your workout. Weight training may not burn as much fat as aerobic exercise it is still beneficial. You may find that your other exercise routines become easier to do because of the muscle mass your are gaining with the weight training. Your increased metabolism will help you burn those love handles off quick.

Never get sucked into the guarantees of supplements that don’t really benefit your weight loss. These are never true. Honestly there is not one single exercise that will get rid of love handles alone. One exercise might help you build muscle behind your love handles but do little to get rid of them. You will see them turn more prominent and perky. Would you really like to see that be the case?

Your muffin top can be an embarrassment to you. If you don’t want them there are things you can do about it. Your extra weight around the mid section can be reduced in many ways. Maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine is the best way to get rid of body fat. Miracle cures are all lies. It takes hard work and patience to drop excess weight.
