Hi everyone!
I am a 14 year old girl, and i’m looking to either loose a few pounds, or maybe just work on maintaining my weight. I am at a nice weight, i could gain or loose. I recently became a vegetarian, because i know that is a healthier lifestyle for me. I was wondering if anyone had any exercise, eating, or just general health tips for me. I really want to stay healthy, and of course, look good! Thanks guys!

    Okay, here are my tips.
    Join a club, such as a soccer club. Im started soccer at your age and found it to be a great way to make friends and to maintain fitness at the same time. It really works.
    With your vegitarianism, its your choice but as a girl you still need lots and lots of iron, so maybe you may need some vitamins/pills of some sort.
    Preety much just lead the most healthy lifestyle you can, its okay to have junk food occasionaly but really try to limit yourself.

    That is good that you are so into your health at such a early age it is ever never to early to start thinking about taking care of yourself .I have a excellent tip for you look into natural adaptogens they work really well and you could introduce your family to them and help them get healthier as well they will thank you for it trust me more info at

    Since you are a vegetarion you still need protein.- so remember to eat beans and nuts…and that will still give youu protien(: Stretch a lot and do yoga, those things will suprisingly keep you in shape! Thats how i keep healthy! good luck!

    exercise regularly

    Drink a glass of milk with breakfast and dinner
    take vitamins
    take fish oil tablets
    stretch before u wake up and go to bed
    Drink 8-10 glasses of pure water every day.
    Give up caffeine and candy.
    Go for a 20 minute jog every day or every other day.
    Jump rope

    Those r some really easy things to do that have a huge impact on ur health, and don’t require a big time commitment. If u want to be even more fit, join a gym, or start playing a sport. I hope that helps, and good luck.

    OK its really good to be vegetarian so congrats. make sure you keep to your word and order those veggie pizzas if you even like it.
    make sure youre getting your proteins from beans and legumes plus nuts!!! (i love almonds and pecans but remember dont have too much). keep eating your square meals and don’t starve obviously. Also a healthy tip which i did and it helped alot is; declare yourself allergic to junk food.

    now for exercise. try to keep a daily workout. mornings wake up early and do 20 push ups and 40 crunches. stretch for about 10 minutes and finish off with 50 uumping jacks to get your heart rate up. this is really good for the mornings. since its the holidays its best to wake up an hour earlier and then your day will be that much longer!!and satifying.

    ps. joining a gym isnt a bad idea either.
