How do you cancel membership to ivillage healthy living program?

I can’t find the information on how to do it on there.
The membership was free I just want to cancel my account.

    check with your bank / credit card company. They will provide you with a Phone # for the company, call to cancel membership. If that don’t do it you can write them, and if another payment comes through file with your bank for Unauthorized Payment this will get the ball rolling, and the bells ringing to cancel the membership - and your money returned for that unauthorized payment.
    Write them one month prior to the month you want to cancel, this will give them 30 day notice.
