1. take plenty of carbohydrate-rich food (glucose), if u r non- diabetic.

2. avoid medication without prior consultation with ur physician..... especially analgesics (pain-killers i.e paracetamol), sedatives (sleeping pills), diuretics, hypnotics.....etc AND ALCOHOL-containing beverages. this drugs are principally metabolized in liver and excessive use of these drugs may compell ur liver 2 OVERTIME WORK!

3. moderate rest.

4. high-fibre diet, if constipation.

5. perform Liver Function Tests (LFT) periodically 2 ***** improvement.

better if u consult with a physician.
very best of luck, champ...

There are no supplements which improve the function of the liver. You should consume no alcohol, and use acetaminophen (Tylenol) only occasionally.
